Welcome to Passion for Excellence (“PFE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, programs, camps, courses, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Use of Website and Services
PFE provides leadership development, educational programming, camps, workshops, digital content, and mentorship experiences. Users agree to use the website and services responsibly and lawfully.
Intellectual Property
All PFE materials including videos, curriculum, logos, branding, graphics, lesson plans, exercises, downloadable materials, and course content are the property of PFE and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
Payments
All purchases, deposits, and registrations must be completed through approved payment methods. Pricing may change at any time without notice.
Devices
You may access the Services through a computer, mobile phone, tablet, console, or other technology (a “Device”).
By using the Services, you agree that PFE may send you transactional messages, updates, and service-related communications via email, SMS, or text message using the contact information you provide.
Standard carrier data and messaging rates may apply depending on your device and service provider.
User Content
Content You Submit
Certain parts of the Services may allow you and other users to create, upload, store, share, or otherwise provide content, including but not limited to photos, videos, written submissions, reflections, and other materials (“User Content”).
PFE is not responsible for User Content posted by participants or users.
Except for the rights you grant PFE below, you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant PFE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services and Programs.
This may include, but is not limited to, educational use, marketing materials, internal training, and promotional storytelling related to PFE.
Physical Activity & Safety
The Services and Experiences provided by PFE may include physical activity, movement-based training, outdoor experiences, team challenges, and wellness-related education.
All content, instruction, and programming provided through PFE is intended strictly for educational and developmental purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
PFE is not a medical provider, and our Services are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
Before participating in any physical activity, training, or Experience, participants should evaluate their own physical condition and consult with a qualified medical professional if necessary. This is especially important for individuals with pre-existing health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other physical limitations.
Participation in physical or recreational activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these risks.
Participants are responsible for pacing themselves appropriately, monitoring their physical condition, and stopping immediately if they experience dizziness, pain, fatigue, or any signs of physical distress.
In the event of a medical emergency, participants should cease all activity and seek immediate medical attention.
You agree that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any physical activity or Experience offered by PFE.
Modification and Termination
PFE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including programs, digital offerings, camps, events, or Experiences, at any time without prior notice.
We may also update or modify pricing, structure, scheduling, or content at our discretion.
PFE reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account, restrict access, or remove User Content at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, misconduct, or actions that disrupt the integrity of the program or community.
These Terms remain in effect even after your participation ends, your account is closed, or you discontinue use of the Services.
Parental Consent / Minor Participation
If a participant is under the age of 18 (“Minor”), participation in any PFE Services, Programs, Camps, or Experiences requires the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By registering a Minor for any PFE program, the parent or legal guardian affirms that they:
- Have the legal authority to provide consent for the Minor’s participation
- Understand and accept the nature of the Services, including educational, physical, and group-based activities
- Consent to the Minor’s participation in all scheduled program activities, unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to participation
Parents or legal guardians acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical movement, group interaction, travel between locations, and supervised experiential learning.
The parent or legal guardian agrees to assume full responsibility for the Minor’s participation and releases PFE, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
PFE reserves the right to deny participation or remove any Minor from a program if behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with program standards is deemed necessary by staff.
User Conduct
Users may not:
- Share login access
- Reproduce course materials
- Disrupt programs or workshops
- Use PFE content for commercial purposes without authorization
Assumption of Responsibility
Participation in PFE programs involves physical activities, group participation, and personal development exercises. Participants assume responsibility for their involvement.
Limitation of Liability
PFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website, services, or programs.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
