Refund Policy

Camp Registrations

Registrations for camps, seminars, and events are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp or event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made between 14–30 days before the camp or event start date may qualify for a partial refund based on expenses already incurred by PFE.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp or event start date are generally non-refundable due to staffing, housing, scheduling, and operational commitments already made.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email listed below.

Digital Products and Online Courses

Because our digital programs include immediate access to proprietary educational content, downloadable resources, and course materials, refunds are limited once substantial access or usage has occurred.

However, to provide students with confidence and protection in their enrollment decision, PFE offers a limited money-back guarantee for eligible course purchases.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Students may request a refund within 14 days of their original purchase date provided that:

  • Less than 20% of the course content has been completed, viewed, or accessed;
  • No significant downloadable resources or exclusive materials have been substantially used;
  • The account has not violated any Terms of Service or platform policies.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted after the applicable refund period;
  • Significant completion or consumption of digital course materials;
  • Failure to complete the program;
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal results, effort, or implementation;
  • Missed live sessions, coaching calls, or scheduled events;
  • Subscription renewals not canceled before the next billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

PFE may review refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for verified emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of PFE.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage all students and participants to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims after receiving access to programs, content, or services may result in account termination and restriction from future participation.
